My Return Policy

    I like to Keep My Customers Happy,  please read my return policy.

Items may be returned with no question asked. Refund will be returned after item is received.    Returned items must be received within 14 day of original shipping date. A full refund less the shipping will be refunded.        

Special Orders

    Shipping will be paid by the customer and will ship after payment is received. Please allow 3-4 working day for item to be shipped from the date order was made. For special orders please allow 2 weeks for beads to be made and shipped.

    Pricing depends on quantity ordered. We do provide each product in a basic form with the possibility of additional features. In doing so, we guarantee reasonable prices and allow you the option to custom design your products.

    Payment Information .

 I have a rolling bead studio and can only   ACCEPT PAYPAL.  Because we are on the road this is the only way I can Accept Payment at this time.  Using Paypal is fast easy and free and secure. They accept electronic checks and credit cards
